Return & Refund Policy (VeluraInks)

Because our products are made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons like wrong size, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll fix it.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Velurainks@gmail.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (product + packaging)

If confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund (full or partial, depending on the case)

Size & fit

Please check the size chart before ordering. We can’t refund/exchange for fit issues, unless we sent the wrong size.

Missing / lost packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the courier first. If it’s still missing, email us at Velurainks@gmail.com and we’ll help investigate.

EU/EEA/UK consumer rights note

If you are located in the EU/EEA/UK, you may have statutory consumer rights. Where applicable, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under local law.
